My Income Tax HELL
H & R Block SUCKS! Not only did they screw my taxes up this year 4 times, they also did them incorrectly last year. So guess who has to pay the US Government $700 for a mistake made H & R Block? Exactly, ME! Where is the justice? The district manager is supposed to be contacting me today. I'm gonna fill her ear full.

hi and oh dear, sounds bad. haven't had experience with H&R Block, when I was in the US my taxes were done by my company's tax consultants, and they were pretty good. Thing is with bad service providers is you are the one who suffers, having to clean up the mess after them and they don't get penalized. Hope you put that district manager in place.

Thanks watson. I, um, well they gave me all my fees back and corrected my taxes for both years. And it looks like I'm still getting somewhat of a refund. Who says going straight to the top to complain doesn't work?
